Under the Urban Nutrition company, Wellness Watchers, MD offers nutrition information. Attempt to get the information and they are not available. I tried to contact the company thru Urban Nutrition's web site and got nowhere. I tried to contact them via phone and got voice mail that no one responded to. I sent several e-mails that no one responded to.
I finally talked to someone on the phone today and got more run-around. He was sending me some form via e-mail. (Nothing came thru). I called back and asked that it be sent thru the postal mail and was told that he needed to send it e-mail. When I repeated that I wasn't getting any mail from them he said send him another e-mail (!) If the information is not being processed, it's just not being processed. If you can't receive information from the company, then what's the point?
I just want my money back. I don't want to have anything to do with this company. I will be happy to send letters to any legal action that could be used against this company.
