WELLS FARGO BANK Ripoff and they are VERY RUDE AND ABUSE CUSTOMERS CONCORD California

wells fargo bank charged us $1300 in service charges due to internet fraud when we showed the bank we hadnt made charge the ran us around for over a month we sat at bank four days four hours a day and was told each day it was taken care of we found rip offs and seen same companies had put less than a dollar in our account then tried to withdraw hundreds

the bank never paid anything but every time the fraud tried to put it back tru we were charged and in no time 13 hundred dollars was over drawn finally we contacted the branch manager he told myself in front of 2 concord police officers he wants to close our account and for me to get off property he was quickly informed by officer he was being rude

at that time he chose to inform us it was a oppertunity account and we were lucky we had one because its a second chance for bad customers in order to belittle us then we walked with officers around to cars and manager and assistant manager came out and told us money would be in account next morning

well that didnt happen finally the assistant manager found it and we got our money however it dont pay charges from other things like car registrations and payments that were 2 months late because direct deposits were taken by over charges we hadnt done we made 4 transactions on account and 6 or 7 pages of bank mumbo jumbo followed well thats how this bank works we will use a shoe box b4 ever doing busness with WELLS FARGO BANKS again
