After i had gotten laid off from General Motors, i had gotten behind on my car note for about 4 months.  i had to move to detroit into a more affordable home.  now, Wells Fargo Dealer Services is trying to take my car based on where i live.  They are saying that the "company" doesn't feel that i can afford my car.  i have my car psyments current. So is the insurance.  They basically is trying to take my car because of where i live.  That, in a nut shell is so stereotypical of them to indicate that i can't afford my car due to where i live.  They are discriminating against me as well.  If anyone have any ideas or advice as to what or how i can solve this issue with them, please feel free to add your input.  Thank you all so very much everyone.

I read one lawsuit against wells fargo where wells fargo mishandled a trust account for someone. The victim took them to court and ruled in favor for the victim, and wells fargo had to pay the money thet had stolen from them. This one complaint i read that wells fargo was tampering and stealing items from safety deposit boxes.

And wells fargo had the nerve to say that they are disappointed that the jury and ruled in favor, of their former customer. PLEASE!!!!. You win some and lose some wells fargo GET OVER IT.

People are tired of being treated like animals instead of human beings.

The pattern...

AUTHOR: Striderq - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, January 15, 2016

The pattern found in these reports is that the person posted the complaint usually caused the condition they're complaining about. Whether it comes from them not reading the contract, not keeping a check register, etc, it's usually through their fault and not the fault of the "big, bad company".

As far as having one's needs met, thats easier to do when you don't cost yourself money and trouble by not living upto your responsibilities.

But c'mon Charles, you should know this. People have been telling you this for years.

Of course robert the regular who has all his needs and wants met comes to peoples complaint and tells them they wasn't done wrong

Of course robert and the other regulars on here, who have their wants and needs met. Come to peoples complaints just to rub it in their faces at their hardtimes. And tell them that the company didn't wrong them. Wells fargo has a pattern of nearly 3,000 complaints about them. That is a pattern.

No RipOff..

Until you fulfill the contract it is not your car, as such if they fell that you will not be able to complete the contract they have a legal right to reposess their car.

Had nothing changed and you were always on-time, where it was just a move to a different area you may have had something.  But in conjunction with your move you had a lay-off and were delinquent for 4 months.

You also failed to mention a few other things, such as do you currently have a job?  Are you at the same income as before?  Did your Debt-To-Income ratio change.  Have you become delinquent in other acccounts?  There are certain ratios that banks go off of and if you have too much debt compared to your income it could be seen that you won't be able to afford it.
