In the Mortgage Modification Program or HAMP set up by the Federal government,  Wells Fargo is a bank that is taking advantage of extra fees, losing required paper work, disfunctional employees who don't know what is required or fail in their efforts in the mortgage processesing and there are too many "deaf ears".  

We have given up trying to file required papers to Wells Fargo requesting personal and financial information on the telephone and through fax machines.  So many problems with Wells Fargo mortgage assistance or modification program has failed for hundreds of applicants.  Required information has either been lost or misplaced without regard to taxpayers who are trying to modify their high interest rates.  Each homeowner is trying to cope and to save their homes with low home evaluations to loan mortgage ratios continue to have problems even though HAMP/HARP has been in place for so long.  

Is their any hope or help?
