WELLS FARGO BANK DOES NOT VERIFY ME AS AN EMPLOYEE IN THEIR NEW SYSTEM: THE WORK NUMBER ROCKVILLE Nationwide

Wells fargo does not verify my employment in their new system called the worknumber.com Basically I do not exist in their data. So when a company tries to verify my employment it does not exist. If the company call Wellsfargo for employment verification they are redirected automatically to the worknumber.com wich is a third party company that do not have access to Wellsfargo Human resources data. So after several calls I was able to get someone from wellsfargo, and I was told that the only way to get a verfication letter was sending a fax request. This is time consuming, and it is really embarrasing for the bank not being able to provide such a simple thing as an employment verification letter.
