WELLS FARGO BANK STOLE $350 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND REFUSES TO RETURN IT

I am a doctor and have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years.I rendered medical services to a patient and he paid $350 by credit through the Wells Fargo credit card machine in my office that I am paying a high monthly fee for.The bank appropriately credited my account, but with absolutely no notice to me,they sucked out $350 from my account. When I complained, they said the patient had claimed it didn't treat him.I stated that if that were true, why did he pay me?Wells Fargo made me send exhaustive paperwork to them to prove I did render the services.I faxed them all documents they requested;the patient's signature that verified he received the treatment, his signed promise to pay,his signature on my sign in sheet, etc.,in short I sent undeniable proof that the patient received the services and had lied when he denied this.

Wells Fargo promised me that if I sent these verifying documents to to them ,they would immediately credit my account $350 that they had taken from me.THAT WAS 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED THE MONEY THEY STOLE FROM ME.They started off by saying they could read my fax cover sheet, but not the attached documents ,which is absurd since they were all typed on the same white paper.I then refaxed the documents 4 TIMES AND EACH TIME THEY CLAIMED THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THEM EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FAX CONFIRMATION SHEETS FOR EACH TRANSMISSION!I called and complained to a supervisor and she told me that I had run out of time and they would not replace my money!I responded that the delays were the fault of Wells Fargo, but she said they were not going to replace the $350 they literally stole from me.I have deposited literally millions of dollars with this bank over the years, and this is the way they treat me?If this is not resolved ASAP,I will move all of my accounts to an honest bank.

So who got arrested?

You did call the police on them since they allegedly 'stole' from you right? You;re an idiot. You have to go after the patient that decided to stuff you. You rendered NO services to any bank. I'm glad you aren't my alleged doctor as you are a simpleton.

I filed a Rip-Off Report against Wells Fargo Bank for making a fraudulent debit of $350 from my clinic account.I faxed the report to the Port Isabel brach manager,Esmeralda Castillo. She did not respond,so I called her.She initially denied responsibility for the fraudulent debit, but after she was faced with the truth, she told me to fax all documents to her and she would look into the matter.(This was the sixth time I had faxed the exact same packet that proved Wells Fargo took the money out of my account when they had no right to).Castillo called me back and promised to replace my funds and to call me that afternoon. As is usual for Wells Fargo,Castillo did not call me and did not repay my $350.We agreed that if she did not keep our agreement,I would proceed to Phase 2.Unlike Wells Fargo,I'm a man of my word.

Question...

Why aren't you going after the patient that received treatment and then refused to pay? This is the person who has ripped you off. The bank is responding to the patient's report that this was a fraudulent charge. Seems to me if you have all this paperwork that you'd file a small claims case against the individual whose trying to get treated for free.

Doc,

Check out this following website and watch the video labeled "How to Beat the Bank"

If this does not appear as a link simply highlight it and copy and paste in URL line.
It was quite enlightening...............The more I learn about deceptive practices of the banks (Especially the World Bank) The more scared I am for this country. Heres another link you might want to check out.......
