Wells Fargo Mortgage Foreclosure and refused to accept mortgage payments Minneapolis Minnesota

My house went into foreclosure with no warning from Wells Fargo. I was unable to make a payment and called them everyday to arrange payments. It took several months of me calling everyday and then I was told they did not make the arrangements for me because they could not reach me. I called them every single day. I then tried to pay the amount I owed and was told that Wells Fargo would not accept the payment as it had to be exact and I would need to call to find that out. I continued to call and asked if my record showed that I called everyday, i was told it did. I then came home one day and found a note from wellsfargo (no name) in my door that said my house was appraised for foreclosure. That was the first I heard of that, I still thought I was trying to make payment arrangements. I then was served papers and told it would go in a sheriff's sale the next month. I still called Wellsfargo and actually waited ON HOLD for EIGHT hours before I finally talked to someone. I was told that we could not refinance as we had a 401 k and Freddie Mac turned it down because we could just take the money out of that. That was not true as we already had a loan and could not take another one. I finally said, "The house is yours, I am moving out and shutting down all payments on heat, etc." It is the FIRST time I was actually called back by Wellsfargo in 5 months of calling them every day. Within 15 minutes of that conversation. I was told that yes I could refinance. I just had to send 1500 into Wellsfargo. I tried sending in 6000 a few months earlier and it was refused...go figure. I am still in the house with Wellsfargo Mortgage. They are the worst company I have ever done business with. I cannot wait to refinance and get away from that awful company. They treat people as if they are scum and foreclose without even telling the homeowners.
