I had a check in may 2011 it wasnt charged to my account until June 2011 it was paid june 1st 2011.
Here it is july and the same check with an overdraft fee is charged to my account I asked to fax the paper work I have that I got from the bank they told me they had NO FAX NUMBER they will not give my money back and they claim they do not see this on my account although I was charged numerous overdraft fee's as well as 173.00 twice two months in a row both was paid. I have all my proper paper work. I want justice!

Present the cancelled check and the overdraft notice at a Wells Fargo branch. If the check cleared and then was charged to your account a second time, they will properly credit you.
Is this a check that you wrote or is it a check that was presented due to an EFT?
