Customer service doesn't care about everyday folk.

They take my money, lend it, and charge me to store it.  For example, they charged me fees for dipping below a certain amount in my accounts, limit activites on my savings account, and charge fees for all sorts of activites.

To be taken seriously by the bank requires having a lot of money in the bank.

Don't listen to these jerks defending shady criminal banks and businesses they are pro business and against consumer justice they have been harassing people for years i don't have to take abuse

AUTHOR: Charles - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 23, 2019

Of course, they will defend wells fargo the most corrupt criminal bank of them all. Who let their employees falsely accuse their neighbors which were me. Then try to take away my freedom of speech rights. They have the GALL to even defend this bank! Well, I have some good news that my neighbor who was a DISTRICT MANAGER! Who was doing criminal things with their job at wells fargo has been FIRED! Wells fargo fired 3 DOZEN DISTRICT MANAGERS! for the abuse and mistreatment and criminal actions toward their own customers!

Team rebuttal will do every in their power to protect shady business and bank practices. I found out the hard way that this site was the opposite of exposing bad businesses who have wronged you. YOU! will get harassed and threatened. I have never filed a false complaint which I have been accused of. These people did not experience the INJUSTICE I DID! But they have the gall to call you a liar making up things about the businesses.

Failure to understand...

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 12, 2018

Unfortunatly you suffer from a failure to understand how to use bank accounts.  There are two sets of fees that would be taken for going below a certain balance.

NSF/Overdraft fees if you go into the negative
Monthly fees if you fail to meet the minimum requirement to avoid such fees.

Hoping that you are not going negative(as that is a totally different discussion) I am going to figure you are talking about the monthly fee. Their cheapest checking account(took about 30 seconds to find) has a $10/month fee but can easily be avoided and some do not involve keeping a minimum amount in the account. For example you could make just 10 Debit purchases/payments in a month to avoid it, if you have direct deposit you just need $500 or more a month in Direct Deposits, or if you are a student between the age of 17 & 24

As for limiting activities on your savings, the only thing they limit is your withdraws and that is due to FEDERAL regulation. Speciifcally Regulation "D" that requires a bank to take action to not allow a "Savings" account to be used as a "Transaction"(Checking) account. If you want to avoid this you need to either group your withdraws or there are not so many in a given period or just use it as it was meant to be..SAVINGS.  If you don't like this rule then contact your member of Congress.

As for your statement that says they charge fees for "all sorts of activities", since you failed to mention what those activities are unfortunatly you are on your own. However, you will find that most banks will charge fees for just about everything. The difference is the amount they charge. But if you are doing just basic banking, there really should be no additional fees you would be subject to.

Oh and NO I do not work for this or any bank, I am just explaining to you some items you seem to be confused on.
