I ordered the complete set of Hogan's Heros for my husbands Christmas. He is disabled and most of his entertainment is strictly TV or Dvds. They came in a timely manner not looking anything like described. A cheap plastic broken case with pirated discs straight from a broken tv. None of them play completely through without skipping or strange flickering. Non-watchable. All this for almost 90 dollars. Do not order from these crooks. Linda - Greenville SC

Thanks for your e-mail.

Please kindly note that an Official DVD Collection has never been released for this series and what you received was a Collectors/Fan Version.

We do apologize for any issues that you may be experiencing with your order please rest assured we will have it resolved for you ASAP.

Can you let me know what DVD player (region coded) you are using?

The disks are region free, and should work in most DVD players. How old are these DVD players you refer to?

These are code-free DVD disks, and while they run on any region coded DVD, these DVD players must be no older than about 4-5 year old (if not they cannot play coded DVDs).

Try running them on a computer DVD player (on a computer which is less than 2-3 years old), to see if that works? It would run without any problems.

If you have a Playstation 2 / Xbox console, for example that would play these disks 100% without any issues.

Please let me know, and rest assured I will have it rectified for you.

This is the standard answer everyone gets when they email with a complaint. For some reason they keep saying the series does not exis t except on their crappy copies, I told them if they want to rectify the situation I wanted a full refund......lets see if I get it!! I did finally spend the extra 100$ for the fantastic CBS Dvd Video collection.
