ordered a dvd set for my wife for x-mas.It was supposedto come within8-10 days.On the 11th day i e-mailed them to find out about my order.The guaranteed a response in 48 hrs.I never heard back from them.I am out 130.00 and no dvd.All i want is my money back or the dvd.Please help.!! I never had a phone # and now i can't locate the website.

Went to google and looked up Knots landing.They are still advertising the complete set for 109.99.The website is Click Media DVD.Again i attemted to contact them this time withthe order #.They are guaranteeing response within 24-48 hrs. again.LETS SEE IF IT HAPPENS THIS TIME.It looks like they are using all different names.
