WhiteSmoke Inc. WhiteSmoke writing and grammar software I bought their program 2012 and now they're trying to make me paid a subscription fee and have frozen the program on my laptop. Wilmington Delaware

I bought the WhiteSmoke grammar program over five years ago.  Two years back they sent an e-mail with a countdown date on how long I had to renew my subscription.  I called customer support (back then they answered the phone) and told the rep I had bought the program.  She appoligized and reinstated my program.

Monday 11/16/2015 I needed to double check my grammar and realized WhiteSmoke had froze my program and at says "My License has Expired"  I called customer service and a recording stated they are not taking calls at this time and please leave a message clearly stating your name, e-mail address and phone number and someone would get back to you.  Well I have left a message everyday and nobody has returned my calls.

I didn't buy a subscription!  Shame on them for highjacking my program and trying to extort money from me in order for me to use their program in which I purchased.
