Wholesale Electronics Ripped off Internet

 When I first saw the website it looked legit because of the reviews by other customers so I decided to buy a video game system (PlayStation 4) with two controllers from the website. After putting in my order I noticed that you couldn't pay using a credit card but at the bottom of the website it had PayPal logo. It said that the only payment options was moneygram, western union, and bank wire. It was a little odd but I continued with my order as western union. After completing the order the website wanted me to email them my name with the reference number attached. After doing so the only thing thats been showing up is order processing. So a week goes by I email the website back and asked if my order processed yet. I got a respond and they said "my order should be shipped that day." So I waited and 3 days later my order was still processing and I haven't received a tracking number to show that my item was shipped. So I emailed them back and asked if my order was shipped, but I didn't get a respond. Reviews say they received their item in 10 days. I'm almost in my 2nd week and haven't received a tracking number for my order. I believe I've been scammed.
