Wild Tangent RIPPED MY GRANDCHILDREN OFF Redmond Washington

My story is very similar to the others posted here. Deceptive marketing which is not clear despite what the "UUMMMM" and devils advocates say. Clearly shills and/or employees.

Games do NOT work as advertised, cause a new laptop to run poorly by game installing it self as default program, no real customer support, no returned voice mail messages then saying "we didn't get you previous messages" when you do get someone to call back. Note last scentence is a very old and tiresome tactic by unresponsive, unethical companies, so every knows about your tactics and does not believe you.

I WILL do everything in my power, and I have a lot of time, to cause as much unfavorable publicity as possible for "Wild Tangent".

I would appreciate any information as to effective tactics and or organizations to report to etc.
