WILDFLOWERS AND BUGS man's name is george Ordered 2 wooden plaques from craft show... but i never received them... jerk syrucuse, New York

This is not a rebuttal to this particular item. My experience has to do with toy chests.

I originally ordered one from toothpicks and broomsticks at Musikfest in Bethlehem,Pa on 8/7/05. I had no problem and it was delivered as promised a few weeks before Christmas. 

I ordered another toy chest 2 yrs ago .(I can't remember if it was at Musikfest or another location.) This time it took longer to receive the chest and we were worried. Multiple phone calls and faxes sent. The message on answering machine stated that due to his wife's illness, he was backed up with orders but it would be delivered by Christmas. It was.

I ordered a 3rd chest in October by phone as I had the original receipt. When I spoke with George, he said he was not at Musikfest this year due to helping his son. I was curious when he said the name had changed and a couple weeks later looked up his website which I don't think exists. This is where I got very upset over seeing the ripoff reports. I called VISA and placed a dispute, sent a letter to both VISA and wildflowers and bugs to cancel my order. George called,left voicemail and assured me the chest would be sent.

Many phone calls to check status...1 was answered.

Was I worried? You bet.

Is George easy to do business with? No.

I got the chest 12/22/09,it's beautiful. Would I order another one? Can't answer that.
