Wildflowers and Bugs Purchased a custom sign at a craft fair in Milford, Connecticut never rec'd the proper item. No refund No response to repeated inquiries Syracuse, New York

I purchased a custom house sign from Wildflowers and Bugs/ House Sign Studio in June 2011. A sign finally arrive months later after repeated calls and emails which was NOT what I ordered. I returned the sign as requested by George, the owner, in order to have the correct sign made. After many emails, George said he never rec'd the return. Of course, I had UPS documentation to back me up. Months later, after NO RESPONSE I am posting here so that others will not have my misfortune.
I shall request a refund for return shipping and cost of iteDon't you hate people ripping others off?m from my cc company. I shall inform my town's Art Council of George's deceptive business practices.
Too bad, it would have been a nice addition to my home.
