on 12/4/10 I attended the Holiday Craft fair at the Fredericksburg, VA expo center and was duped by this vendor. He is very friendly and professional and exhibits beautiful wood craft signs. He promised Christmas delivery on sign I ordered for my father. I have since come to find out that many others have had issues with this vendor. Thanks to a post from Denise of VA beach, I contacted the attorney general of NY for consumer fraud and protection of the Syracuse division. That office knew who I was talking about before I ever said the name of the company. They asked that I file an official complaint right away. The office was very helpful. Attorney General of NY comes to my aid!

After contacting the Attorney Generals office in Syracuse, NY and filing an official complaint, my father received the sign ordered (and he said the sign is beautiful). The order was approximately 1 month later than promised and came only after I filed a complaint with the attorney Gen.
