I am trying to buy a house in Alexandria VA. The owner has a second mortgage with Wilshire Credit Corporation. We have been trying to get a letter from them for over a week that they have acceptted the offer and we still cannot get one. My loan is ready to expire; the acceptance from the primary lender is about to expire. The Title Company and the listing agent call, are on hold forever, leave a Voice Mail with the promise that they will be contacted back in 24-48 hours. What kind of a joke is that.
