winzip cannot supply services paid for kirtland new mexico

win zip offered an update to my drivers on my computer. after sighning up for this service and beining billed for the same i could not download the service. they continued to upgrade this service even before i got it. adding more charges as we speek. when no results came for said services, i was told my computer was all screwed up and i needed to give them more money to fix there problems  i supposedly have. this would cost me $199. to $499 pr year. they could not fix the problems i supposely have to begin with. i am not even sure i have said problems to begin with. i believe this company is charging people for services they cannot provide and should be banned from the internet as they cannot provide what they claim and do not provide services they claim to provide.
