WIRED PLASTIC PRE-PAID CREDIT CARD

EVERY TIME I USE THE CARD TO CHARGE SOMETHING,
Galileo Processing, who handles their credit card transactions, PLACES A HOLD FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE (AN OUTSTANDING AUTHORIZATION) AND KEEPS IT THERE FOR WEEKS AFTER THE ACTUAL CHARGE SETTLES.

here is the math: if i charge $50, they will place $100 on hold. they keep the hold in place until, WHENEVER SOMEONE FEELS LIKE HITTING THE "RELEASE" KEY AT GALILEO. lately it has been over 30 days.

MAYBE THEY HATE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR maybe they just hate me.

when i ask them to release my funds they always put on hold for no reason, they never do. they just don't care.

they have the potential for being a great company, if they would just care a little about their customers.

i have $78 on hold, for no reason. that is my living money for the month. so i don't eat for a few days, i guess.
