Wireless Rebate Processing Center I am waiting several months for 2 rebates and no money. still processing!?!? White Bear Lake Michigan

I ordered 2 cell phones Feb. 2007 with 2 rebates. One for $30 and the other $50. I upheld my agreement and sent all the info to them for the rebates. I have waited several months with the promise that the rebates were processing and I would be receiving them any day. My last contact with the company was late September/early October. It is now November 14, 2007 and I still have not received my rebate money. I am throughly discussed. I am looking to add another phone to my service but don't want to run into this problem again. Hopefully someone can help me get my rebate money.
