I bought 3 cell phones from AOL Wireless. I was offered free phones with rebates. I sent in all rebates followed all directions and went to web site to track report and the website says the company InPhonic has filed Chapter 11, bankruptcy. I then went online to look up info and found out that they don't pay anyway and it is a scam. I am owed $300
