Wizards of The COast Hasbro Fraud Scam Ripoff Theft Thievery Code of Conduct Internet

The staff is rude, they swear, they mute you for asking in game help, they abuse their email support by closing tickets or spamming irrelevant copy and paste templates. I had asked for my money back after they do NOT allow muting of in match players. My wife, son and I were abused multiple times, and after asking for a full account refund, all 3 accounts were terminated without reason, explanation or cause. I have wrote many times and even called. They refuse to answer emails or talk on the phone. I am out over $1,000 in card value all because their company CANNOT MUTE in game players and DOES NOT live up to their own Code of Conduct policy. STAY FAR AWAY FROM Wizards of The Coast and Hasbro. Worst customer service and ripoff ever.
