This company is all about getting your money and providing absolutely NO customer service . Magic The Gathering Online allows you to play Magic The Gathering against other online opponents . You pay to purchase packs, or event tickets . This is where the scam enters in .... They do not sort players by ability or allow you to play in tournamets at your skill level so you end up playing against players that have LOTS of experience . You end up getting nothing for paying about 12 dollars PER MATCH . I myself have CALLED , EMAILED , and BEGGED Wizards of the Coast ( the parent company) asking them to please please code in the ability to not end up getting shafted this way . They do not listen and provide no help . Their online ORC's ( online staff in game ) do not listen either . If you ask a question about it or make a suggestion they just give you the link to make an email report THAT IS NEVER ANSWERED .
