Called me @ work saying that I am being served some papers regarding a case filed and contact # 866-532-6086. .anyone know??? or heard of this Quadrant law office

When I googled it I came up w/this I thinkg its the same company this is what I found :This is yet another offshoot of the GIOVE LAW OFFICES, MCKELVEY LAW OFFICES, EVANS LAW

OFFICES, & COLLINS LAW OFFICES out of Western New York.

QUADRANT GROUP, LLC, reportedly owned, run and managed by DOUGLAS J. MACKINNON, a name and

partner in all of the above including ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SERVICES and FIRST AMERICAN

INVESTMENT has added this organization to the group of bottom-feeder debt collection groups ripping off

consumers.

I have fought this battle so many times. Even in the states with alleged laws against taping without consent in a conversation you are a participant in, there is no enforcement at all!

These laws define toothless tiger. It is a civil matter and the other party has to sue, and they have to prove damages. It is only criminal if you record a conversation that you are not a participant in.

I have never done any jail time or even paid a fine for it. I did it to some CA lawyers, NV collectors, AZ collectors, and OK lawyer/collectors. I'm still waiting.

I'm willing to prove it. You call me, I'll record it. Then we will see. I'll laugh at you like I laughed at the other so called attorneys.

Federal law only allows single-party to consent of a phone conversation if there is not a more restrictive state law. See 18 U.S.C. Sec. 2511(2)(d). Many states like California DO have more restrictive laws and require BOTH parties to consent.

I worked for Wolf Law Firm, for about two months, before I quit because of deliquent drama bs. Yeah.. so let me tell you, they DO test for the FDCPA laws, but no one there follows it. We have threatned hispanics with immagrations, threatned others with police, some even claimed to be the attorney Jack Wolf. Mr. Wolf is REAL, but he has nothing to do with what we do so ever. They break all the FDCPA laws daily, when someone hangs up we call right back.. FDCPA laws state you can only contact the debtor once a day. Also, people there look up neighbors and relatives and pretend to be friends to get money.

Now I know two of the gentlemen noted above, Thomas Griffith is one of the DIRTIEST collectors I have EVER met, his commission checks are HUGE. He feeds people such sh** its ridiculous. He sometimes gets people who have out of stat accounts to refinance their homes on debts they believe they can get sued on. That is another thing, we get mostly out of stat accounts meaning, 20 years old or so, something not on your credit report. We actually tell me people we will sue. I keep saying we, but I myself never did it. Which is why I didn't collect much.

I couldnt bring myself to lie to people. They disclose info with third parties, which is also illegal. the only people to know about the debt is the debtor or their spouse. Yeah.. so I also know Rob Sovitch, and you are definately CORRECT, he has no idea what he is doing. Being a senior collector he still needs talk offs, which means basically he needs someone else to get on the phone to close the deal because he is too pansy to do it. He is such a pansy. Seriously. The office manager Mr Kizer, let me tell you.. he will tell people some s**t, he will curse at them and threaten them with everything. He is the one we all wanted to do the talk offs because he was so aggresive and didnt make us split the payments.

And by the way.. Amber, she is an automated message. She isnt a real person so dont be fooled. If someone in particular isnt assigned to your file then she auto dials the number once aday and you hear her message.

All and all Wolf Law Firm, is pretty much crap. I really hope no one in their right minds ever pays them anything. Sadly they do. Spread the word.

Add the name of Robert Silvich, Wolf Law Firm, to the cast of characters calling. He must have the title of Company Muscle Boy because he sounds so pathetically mean over the phone. This guy must have flunked acting school or is so desperate to have someone bite on his line of B.S. His scam starts with an impending civil matter bearing the caller's name and social security number. I suppose when you add social security number that gives it credibility. Fat chance bucko! He almost yells your name and that you better call by 5:00pm. The following is his phone information from Caller ID.

How ironic all these companies use the same 800 call back number. I suppose it's cheaper or they "share" amongst themselves. Right...

According to the Bud Hibbs web site these clowns use theses "law firms" and recovery names as smoke screens to continue their criminal enterprise of extortion of discharged debt. It is past time that a RICO indictment be filed and pursued. Any prosecutorial takers???

Their message is that they have an urgent civil matter to discuss and to call back immediately using a file number as a reference. The following info is the latest numbers and names from their den of thieves.

863-687-8976- A female going by the name of Christina is the latest caller.

Suncoast Recovery- Lakeland, FL
863-503-0582- A male caller using the name of Thomas Griffith is the caller. The caller ID lists Suncoast Recovery but the caller states he is from the Wolf Law Firm.

Both these callers use the call back number of 800-509-0817 with extensions 302 & 306.

Both companies are referenced on Bud Hibb's website as part of the Giove group of low life bottom feeders. Passing this on for the good of the cause!
