Woman Within cppna - identity theft protection unauthorized monthly charges Indianapolis, Indiana

I am writing this report for my elderly mother.  she started receiving calls from a collection service on behalf of Woman Within.  She did posses a credit card from their company but had not used the card since 2007 and there was no balance.  the caller indicated that the account had a 80.00 balance.  When she tried to get the information from Woman Within, they indicated that the charges were from a third party company ad they had nothing to do with that.  She would have to call them.  When she called the 3rd party company, they siad that my mother had agreed to identity theft protection 4 months ago.  That she had signed up for a free month and it was her responsibility to cancel this service.  She did not sign up for any service.  After calling and talking with supervisors at both companies, we tried to get back in touch with Woman Within and they blocked our phone number.  Every time we got through and entered our account number the phone goes to fast busy.  We are now sending this complaint to the Florida states attorney office.  We did get the identity theft protection company to credit the last two months and we are now in the process of sending our complaint to their review board.
