World Voice Link Consumer Rip-off Fraud "All my wife did was answer the phone and we got Ripped" Bedford Texas

I was having Phone bill problems and was not getting my bills since Janurary this year. I finally go tin touch with my phone company and reviewed my bill online.

I noticed an unfamiliar $19.95 charge on my bill so I called to question it naturally. It was from some billing company called ILD. My phone company tried to help me but couldn't and gaved me the number to ILD Bliing.

After, I got in touch with them i got the address to this company and a phone number as well. I tried to call the company (World Voice Link) and got a message " All representatives are busy, Please Hold or call back in ten minutes" Click!! I was disconnected instantly.

Knowing about Rip-off Report in the past I decided to search and noticed this compay had a history. I also searched BBB and same thing!!

To Get to the Meat of this. World Voice link Called my home and spoke to my wife who hung up the phone after talking for a while and they tried to get her credit card and she refused and hung up the phone. Months later, we now find out that they "Ripped US OFF" by charging our local phone bill for Services and products which we never received up to this day.

Now I'm left with a $60.00 bill which my phone company says they can't remove and ILD Billing company at 800-433-4518 says they can't remove or cancel any future billing.

This company (ILD) also in my opinion is part of the problem because their employees are turning a blind eye on the situation... This Whole situation saddens my wife and I who both serve our country on active military duty.
