World Voice Link ripoff deceptive company Bedford Texas

Dear Sirs Good morning,

I am writing because I have a charge from a company I have never heard of neber mind used on my phone bill and I want it removed. I need to know how to go about it, boviously I sent an email to you instead of the people responsible for adding this carge to my bill. The charge is for $19.95. I realize it doesn't sound like much but it's my hard earned money they are trying to get their hands on and I do not appreciate that at all.

All and any help you can provide would be most appreciated. I don't know where some of these companies get of thinking that people such as myself are STUPID !

PS: Excuse me but there is another company that is doing the same thing on the list below, Their name is Americatel, if it's is the same co.the entire name would be American telenet inc.

would you please check into that for me and see if it's the same co. because they are trying to charge me $60.28 for a 17 minute phone call to a 1-900 number that was never made. Thanks again
