World Voice Link has and continues to engaged in misleading and deceptive practices.

Here are some steps in resolving issue after you have contacted World Voice Link and received your cancelation confirmation code.

1. File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Call 1-877-382-4357. They can file the complaint over the phone.

2. File a complaint with the FCC (can be done on-line)

3. File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Texas. BBB/Ft. Worth You can also file the complaint on line.

4. Contact your local telephone company. They have a service where they stop any thrid party billing to your phone bill.

5. File a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. You can download the application online. You might want to file a complaint with your state's Attorney General as well.

We as consumers need to put a stop to this now!
