I'm at school and I get this phone call. They told me I had won something and they would like to give me a month of free magazines along with $300 worth of gas money and such. So I thought alright sure, because I thought they were a legitimate business.

The girl I spoke with led me to believe it was going to be a short conversation. It was - with her. I was then transferred to her "supervisor" who proceeded with a lengthy list of questions about me - my name, address, occupation, place of employment, and my birthday - and my financial information. She needed to hear all of this twice. I was annoyed by the length of what I was told would be a short conversation but I cooperated because I had also been led to believe that I would never have to this with them again on the phone and I was concerned about the status of my account.

About a week later I received a text saying my bank account was negative! I thought, "How in the hell did that happen?!" So I went online to check and I was charged $49.98, I was angry because they told me I would get the magazines for free for the first month as a "trial". So I tried to contact them, it continued to go to voicemail. I called about 20+ times, and I got nothing. So I thought I'd call them a week later.

I then discovered I had been charged AGAIN. WTF right?!?!?! They made my bank account negative and I then owed my bank $300 because of them. So I called them countless times and still no answer. I finally left a voicemail saying I wanted to cancel my account due to the charges that were going to my account, and telling them to call me back.  I never received a call from them. I called the next morning and was FINALLY able to reach someone, I explained everything to her and she gave me attitude the ENTIRE time. She told me my account was canceled, and I would receive my payments back within two weeks. So I waited ...and waited. I never received my money.

I was DONE calling them and complaining. So I called my bank and filed a claim.  I received ALL my money the next day. I was very pleased.

Until TODAY. I received a call from a COLLECTIONS AGENCY saying I owe Worldwide Readers Service $900. I WAS FURIOUS! I thought I was done with their bullshit. The lady on the phone told me my options and that she can take it down to $399. I did not want to pay for something that was COMPLETE BULLSHIT. She could tell I was angry and apologized. She then took it down to $325 and 3 payments. I now need to talk to my boyfriend about how HE has to pay for this, because I am currently not working.

I seriously want Worldwide Readers Service to BURN IN HELL. Someone please help me get them.
