Worldwide Travel Center Ripoff Jump Through Hoops = Gets You NoWhere @ WWT Deerfield Beach Florida

After WINNING a "free" 3-Day 2-Night vacation at a local car dealership doing business with High Impact Promotions, I won a certificate for the above through WorldWide Travel Center in Deerfield Beach, FL. Upon calling their toll free number, and following instructions very carefully (including a dictated letter authorizing a $60.00 charge on my credit card) and sending all requested documents in by Certified Mail (and thinking I'm set for vacation) a week before my scheduled vacation I received everything back and the certificate had been stamped "INVALID". I called the dealership, the Manager of High Impact Promotions and WorldWide and was told by WorldWide that the date was illegiable - NOT TRUE. After contacting the BBB for Southeast FL - WorldWide said to return original certificate and they would gladly process the offer - did this mean issue a NEW certificate, process the current certificate (it had since expired) or ???? Could get no clarification from WorldWide nor could the BBB. BBB finally gave up and closed case as UNRESOLVED. BEWARE of WorldWide Travel Center offers!
