This is what happened. My wife discovered 4 separate $48.50 charges appearing in the month of July. The charges had WQ Long Distance to them. It also caused a over credit limit charge of $29.00. We called the WQ Long Distance number listed. The rep called Dolly stated that there was was IT computer billing problems for charges since April. She also stated that the problem was also associated with WQ Long Distance changing from QX Telecom.

1st of all we told them we don't use their services. Why should I? My long distance bill a month is maybe $20.00 from verizon.

Also I found out that many others got the same run around. This is actually a SCAM. They got our credit card number somehow.

The lady said they will investigate and will listen to recording.

It is a scam because they want to milk people as long as they can because they know once the charge is on the credit card people will immediately call and cancel. By waiting 4 months and then charging they think they can get away with more with unsuspecting people.

Also I asked to talk to management. And guess what? The Management don't want to talk to us complaining. Meaning SCAM SCAM SCAM. They are a fraud. Richard Harris is a fraud as he is Customer Relations Manager. He won't accept your phone calls according to rep.

This is what needs to be done and done by all people complaining and ripped off.

Write to the FTC, Federal Trade Commission.
Write to John Ashcroft, Justice Department.
Write to the US Attorney General
Write to the California States Attorney

I am looking to hire an attorney and sue them. Also I am looking to possibly file a class action lawsuit

The BBB is not much use sorry to say. But if you want write to them also.

You can contact me through the rebuttal. Tell me how you got ripped off and your contact number. If we band together we can sue these bastards.
