WQ Long Distance Aka QX Telecom ripoff Thousand Oaks California

I have been getting $59.78 deducted from my account since 04/30/02 until 11/01/02 from my checking account from this company for a calling card that I never received nor used.

Upon calling this company the supervisor "Brian" informed me that he would only credit my account for one month because he had verbal verification from someone at my residence to do this. I told him I am retired and I live alone and would have never authorized this because number one I am on a fixed income of only $1,000 per month and could not afford this and number two I do not call anyone long distance.

Even though he agreed the card had never been used he still refused to credit me the rest of my money. I requested the recorded conversation be sent to me and he said it had but I have checked my e-mail for this very file and it has not been sent. This has caused me to incure several over draft charges from my bank. They have changed their name too so be careful.
