WUYiTEA-WUYISOURCE THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT MY CANCELLATION OF MY ACCOUNT, AND CONTINUE TO SEND ME SHIPPMENT OF TEA, I HAVE CALLED THEM, SENT THEM EMAILS (2) AND THEY STILL ARE SENDING ME TEA AND CHARGING MY ACCOUNT ONTARIO California

please let others know, this Company is a RIP OFF BIG TIME.

they refuse to accept my cancellation of my account, which i sent them in Feb. So in March they sent me additional Tea, as well at attempted to charge me an addition fee for a Web site for $19.99. (the man I spoke to was far far away, and it sounded like he was typing on an old typewritter) it took him 15 min to explain this charge to me. Many people would have just given up and said to hell with the credit. I am sure they depend on this.
I have returned the tea, unopened and sent them an additional email. (#2) the bank will investigate this charge as soon as I return that I sent the Tea back and I didn't get a refund.

This becomes a large pain as it is up to me to monitor my account against these charges.
