www.gametag.com Gametag Takes accounts and doesn't pay or respond to e-mails Internet

Started the process of selling several of my unused gaming accounts over 2 months ago, 1 was final fantasy 11 and one was Tera, both they immediately took control of, the Tera account immediately got replies and fell off the map with no payment (and still no payment to this day). The final fantasy 11 account they took through their entire process and for the past 6 weeks has been status payment pending. They informed me over a month ago they were having problems with western union and asked me for another payment method which i provided they responded that they would update my information and process my payment shortly.  Over a month later and multiple attempts to e-mail/contact them have been for naught.
