In May 2011, I ordered a 30 day free supply of xtrim which was endorsed by Racheal Ray. The charge was suppose to be a one time shipping/handling fee of $1.95. I paid online with my credit card.

The next time I received my bank statement I was charged $79.95 from the same company. I have not ordered anything but the one time free supply. This was never authorized by me. When you go to the website it will not let you send them an e mail or a phone # listed to call them. I found a number but have not actually spoken to a live person.

I have not recieved any more product from this company other than the 30 day free supply.

i had the same thing happen. my charge on my bacnk account statement had a phone number l-888-568-1723. I let them know that i couln't read the disclaimer when i ordered it off the web (which was true) that lets you know the time frame in which to cancel.  i was very polite on the phone and the lady i spoke with checked and issued a refund.  hope this helps!

5 X Trim and/or Nutrition Science Labs A saleswoman called me from 5 X Trim on 7/2/2015 and told me about the weight loss successes they have had with 5 X Trim. I asked her about a “warranty” and she said it was an “ironclad 30 day refund.” I then asked if that was from time of delivery or from time of slae and she CLEARLY said “from the time you receive it.” I then asked her to make sure we were clear on this. She repeated the “guarantee is good from date of receipt.” I then ordered their product. This is a disreputable bunch of thieves. They lie to get you to “buy” and then “lie” when it does not work. They lie in regard to guarantees. Their product does not work. I know because I tried it. Do NOT trust them and do not use them. Cheyenne Wyoming
