Sirius XM Radio turned a bill over to a collection agency without contacting me first. The "Past Due Balance" with a delinquent charge was the first indication I had of the bill for an account I had asked them to cancel several weeks earlier. Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. I have paid the bill and the delinquent charge but do not appreciate their business practices.
