XM Satellite Radio Customer Service/ Billing Dept. paid in full for a year of satellite radio service Washington District of Columbia

XM Satellite Radio on 1/8/09 called and ask me to pay for my Satellite Radio subsription. for the year on my (two) Satellite radio's was ($163.42).

I was told by the representative that it would cover (both) my radio's for a full year. so I did, well low and behold its 6/27/09 and i get a notice, Important-action required! from Xm , to avoid interuption of my service i needed to pay $47.94 for my second radio in my car! so I called (Antinet Tucker) no employee I.D. # and tried to straighten this out and she told me that the $163.42 I paid in jan. 09 was just for primary radio and didnt cover the car unit,

well thats not what I was told! (by the way I was talking to someone in Jamaica) and Antinet was the second person I had to speak with (the first was rude and I asked for a supervisor) After getting no where with the supervisor I told her to shut off my car radio I wasnt paying anymore money. I guess XM and Sirius Satellite Have us all over a barrel since they are now one in the same.

well Watch out because it wont be long I'll bet before there will be a new kid on the block to rival them and put them back in there place! good luck, By the way do any of these big wig company's have any offices in the U.S ? whenever you call a a company now days you seem to always end up talking with someone from India,Jamaica, or some other foreign country! what happened to good old U.S.A customer service?!!
