I just received an invoive in the mail ststing that I owed them 461.80 for services that I did not agreed upon.  I called the 1-888 number listed in the invoice to speak to a representative about my invoice.  Once the automated system picked up it said if you know your party extention please dial it now.  If you are calling about an invoice that you received please wait for a customer service representative.  This threw a red flag.

Any reputable company with an automated system will have several categories such as, for sales press 1, for listings press 2, for billing press 3...so on so forth.  Once I got with a customer service representative i politely began to speak about this invoice that I received for services that I have never signed up for.  This representative automatically raised his voice and began to become argumentative and defensive.  This told me that this is not the first time they have had this happened.  The representative told me that I signed up for services and signed a contract that my business will be placed in their serch engine, that no one has ever herd of before and that my listed categories accrued the bill that i have received.  I politely explined to the representative that my town is only 15,000 people and there is no need fo rthis service to please cancell it.  He began to say that i had to pay for the bill or they will send me to collections.

I have worked real hard to have perfect credit and now this company is threatening me to send me to collections for a service that I did not want or signed up for. I asked to speak to a manager and the representative said he was the manager.  then I asked for his supervisor, then said here is nothing that no one here that will help you and the next step is sending you to collections and reporting it to the credit bureaus and hanged up.  I called back and when a new representative picked up the phone I asked to speak to a manager, they asked for my name and I could hear them in the background saying I just spoke to that "fool" give me the phone.  when the same representative got on the phone i told him to send me a new invoice via email with the contrat that I signed and I will be posting everyhting in the internet and placing a formal complaint with the BBB. The convestation was more in depth, but you can see how bad they are.   Do not get taken by these people they are a complete scam and should be sued.
