Yellow Pages Online Services ypidea.com, Deceptive Mailing, Bait and Switch Irving Texas

I have been a victim of a deceptive Mailing from a company called " Yellow Pages Online services". I received a mailing on July 21 2014 from this company to verify address of business. Three weeks later, I received a bill for online services for the amount of 369.00. After review of the posed invoice, I called the customer service number to try to resolve this unfortunate issue. They said that I agreed to the terms of use. I said I don't have or never read any terms of use for the business address I verified. I asked to speak to a supervisor and shortly was connected to a person named Louis. When I told him of the mistake they made, and all I gave them was verification of my address, and no services was wanted or agreed to. He yelled at me stating "it was to bad you didn't read it, it isn't our fault" I asked if I could meet him on the charges pro rate it for one month. He said "Why would I do that." At that point I got very irate, and angry. I said I believe this was a scam and i'm reporting him.  I quickly rebutted his argument where as he then hung up on me.

I have done my research and found this same company has a Injunction from this practice in Texas. Is being investigated By the Oregon AG office. Has a "F' Grade with the BBB with over 300 reports. among other other things.

 I am now in talks with attorneys in Texas and Washington D.C. on this matter. I am filing grievances and reports with governing body's of consumer protections for the state and local jurisdictions.

I currently am collecting documentation and will have it provided to this report after with legal consul.
