This is about how the website YELP, pressures local businesses to advertise with them and when they don't, they create a profile and will not allow that profile to be taken down even upon the request of the business. When the business doesn't advertise with them, they filter all positive review of the business and push forward the negative ones so that the negative ones are the only ones visible online. and they will not do anything to take those reviews down hiding behind freedom of speech even though most of the people writing reviews are phony and do it anonymously. This website is bullying and blackmailing the local businesses and that isn't fair.
