Recived a call from a rep named Elliot, he stated to take advantage of the 1 week free trial, he also walked me through the process and he stated he can not do on his end this should of been a red flag this part relives them of all liability whe they Steal your money. after 4 days I explained all the messages im getting all seemed odd just the way the questions where being asked, he advised me to call Customer Sucess team and they will fix it for me and enhance the yelp page, after speaking the rep she stated theres nothing they can do to enhance the page it is what it is! at this point i asked to cancel my Yelp before the 1 week was up.

She stated there was a ballance due of $266.00 and if i was going to contest this she would send me a link another JOKE, after filling out the complaint form it came back since I completed the last pages there was nothing they could do to help me.
