YMAX Communications possibly tied in with majicjack 24/7 threatening harrassing phone calls with no co ID. Foreign men milton, Florida

I am receiving threatening harrassing phone calls from a company that appears to tie in with  the owner of majicjack.  The calls are coming from the owner's property listed as YMAX Communications in Milton Florida. His name is being withheld as there is no solid proof that he knows of these phone calls.  He may be a victim himself. They originally asked for 300.00 to payoff a supposed debt. They call under the false pretenses of FBI, CIA, Secret Service, criminal attorneys, they threaten to arrest me, my friends and family and there will be dire consequences if my attorney does not call theirs but their is nothing real about this call not even a valid company name. I have reported them to BBB, my local police dept in Ohio, and the ICS and FBI.  This does feed back to applications for payday loans and as the postings on 800notes and 800scams show this is affecting thousands of people in the United States. They have access to your personal information before they even call.  They are foreign with heavy hard to understand accents. I routed their calls to a private line that is reserved for recording and keeping each incident for the authorities. They also track your computer as my security "trapped" that info. Thanks you spybot, adaware and Microsoft Essentials.
I have avoided them for the most part but wanted to share this very important information immediately so that possibly we can put a stop to this disgrace. 
The possible cash advance tie in came back as CashNet.com but they will not cooperate with any information or ownership.
