Pretty much the same as all of the rest of the reviews for this company.  We received a letter that was marked urgent; labeled NOT A BILL; and asking to verify that the correct information for our business was listed.  It was incorrect (I'm sure it always is), so we changed it and sent it back to the listed address.  Like everybody else, we thought this was for the real yellowpages.  Lesson learned.

We then received a bill stating that we signed up for a verified listing.  We ignored it since it was from a company we had not heard of and it looked more like junk mail than anything else.  We then started getting emails stating that the account would be sent to collections if we did not pay the bill.  We ignored these as well.

The most recent correspondence is from someone named Christopher Pauda.  He claims that he represents Ypedia, LLC and we should pay before they notify the credit bureaus and hurt our credit.  I've seen on the internet that other people have received the exact same email (verbatim), but with a different person sending the email.  We could not find any information about this firm, Davis & Jones, or the person that sent the email.  He does not appear to be liccensed as an attorney and the business address is a UPS store.

Don't fall for this scam.  We will not be paying; they can take us to court and try to convince a Judge that this is a legitimate contract.  We have reported to the IL attorney general, TX attorney general, BBB, & FTC.
