Yellow Pages Online aka Ypedia Received mail similar to REAL Yellow Pages asking me to confirm my listing information then sends bill Irving Texas Nationwide

Received something in the mail from "Yellow Pages Online Services" with an almost identical logo to the real Yellow Pages. They sent me a piece of mail that said "this is not a bill", asking me to verify that our company information was accurate or I could "list with changes". I selected "list with changes" because we just moved offices.

I received notification from Davis & Jones who are representing YPedia (aka Topaz Promotions aka Yellow Pages Online) saying that $361.90 was due and to please pay before the matter "goes any further".  They even sent me a copy of the "contract" which was actually just a piece of mail with their fake Yellow Pages look-a-like logo and me asking them to correct my listing - as if I already had one with them.

I'm obviously not going to pay, but I am interested in filing a class action suit if anyone else is interested in joining.
