This website is a total scam and these people are thieves. I purchased two dresses for a party for two separate occasions on December 1st, I paid express shipping expecting for it to be here on time. It wasn't until December 10th that I got a shipping confirmation, and this is after I complained to zaful about never receiving one. I tracked the package for two days, apparently it was making it's way all the way from Singapore (wish I had known that prior to purchasing). For two days the package did not move, so I called DHL and they told me they were never given the package. What?! So I contacted zaful with this information and they gave me some BS about it being the holidays and to wait a few days before tracking the shipping. So I did. Today l, bright and early and extremely frustrated I did more research and found that the package that I paid express shipping for and was given shipping information for never left their d**n facility! So they still have my order and will not give me a full refund including express shipping. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! you have been warned, I was scammed out of money and you will be too.
