I placed an order for 2 items with this online only service company.  My payment was secured via my paypal account as one of the options that I had.  (Please forgive my inability to generate this letter according to your specifications  I am poorly educated at my age for getting this new stuff). I sent $45. plus change on my purchase. I was given an activity report + a tracking number from DSL. with final delivery to my local post office to me at my leasing office who never received such delivery between October 2, 2015 - thru November 1, 2015. Their contact number online and chat are closed pretty early after trying several times. I am completely frustrated with the loss of money and my trust of the company. Wish that I could wring someones neck!
