I cannot believe that i am seeing the same things in the other reports because this is exactly how they treated me. I  used them because I trusted that KFAB endorsed them. The guy came out and ran some cold water over my carpet once and stated this is the best he could do. They state they have a guarentee and that you will get complete satisfaction, but i guarentee it won't be from them. The manager said the tech told me he would not be able to get out the stains before he began. I guess im boo boo the fool and told him ok i will pay you 160 dollars for not cleaning my carpet. Next stop court and will see if the judge agrees that a reputable company will take your money and then not do the service.
