Zibus I paid the $19.95 initial fee, then was hit with the $5000.00 fee on my credit card bill. Internet

I paid the initial $19.95 fee, then when I got my credit card statement I saw the $5000.00 fee. I was not informed of this fee but am still being harrassed about paying for it. I told them that I did not want their services and wanted my initial $19.95 refunded as well as the $5000.00. They have sent me to a collection agency now and I have never been able to even access the account that I "paid" for.
