Zibus represents themselves as "The World's Online Dropshipper". As someone interested in dropshipping I visited their website.

From their website: Zibus offers a turnkey drop ship service through which entrepreneurs can sell over 35 million products on eBay or their own eCommerce websites. Zibus has partnered directly with nearly 1,000 of the world's largest suppliers and manufacturers like Wal-Mart, Target, Nordstrom, Gap, Eddie Bauer and more to provide an exclusive drop ship opportunity to those who are serious about making a substantial income selling online without the standard headaches of purchasing and stocking your own inventory and dealing with merchandise shipping and returns. 100% of our suppliers will drop ship with no extra fees.
Apply now to become an authorized dealer.

HERE'S THE SCAM: "APPLY NOW TO BECOME AN AUTHORIZED DEALER" - They have you fill out an application and charge a fee of $19.95 for processing this application. They then send you an email that says you have been "accepted" and give you a number to call. I called the number and it was out of service so I called their toll free number and they explained to me that their service costs $5,000 up front.

I asked them why this fact wasn't mentioned on their website. I got a lame answer about how they receive thousands of phone calls a day, blah blah blah. I said what does that have to do with anything? You can't charge people $19.95 only to be told you have to pay $5,000 for their service. People wouldn't "apply" if they knew that simple fact. They are making money off of people filling out applications. It's a total crock and I want my $19.95 back!!

It's sad that people that want to create a dropship business for themselves have to deal with this. Zibus is deceptive at the very least. I have no idea if their dropship service works because I wasn't about to give them $5,000 of my hard-earned dollar!

Also Scammed by Mahibay

AUTHOR: Sharene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 05, 2007

I just had my website completed by Mahibay and the whole process has been a nightmare. I was told by Mahibay's representative in my very first phone call that I could get an 80gb ipod for $250. This was the main reason I decided to sign up with them because I saw the profit potential. It was all downhill from there. Once I paid them my $2,00 (and oh by the way, I have a feeling that the company is charging extremly different prices for the same work/websites depending on the motivation of the person wishing to buy into this scam) my relationship with Joshu, Brandon went downhill.

They completely mislead me about the cost of the ipod in the beginning and when asked about this, Joshua responded with, "Product prices change on a regular basis and iPods are not only available at the apple store." So, I responded that if he could show me anywhere on my site that I could find a new 80gb ipod for $250 or if at any time there was one for that price that their representative claimed there was, I would understand, but otherwise, I think they're full of it, and I don't like being lied to so that they can take my money.

I will keep you posted on this matter, but if they do not refund my money, I will contact my credit card company, the bbb, and get in contact with other former clients of theirs to file an official complaint and potentially sue the company.

I will keep everyone posted on what happens.

And, just so everyone knows, I am one that understands the concept of hard work and long hours to build a successful business. But you can't even begin to do that when the company lies to you from the beginning.

Ohhhh Utah! What a wonderful place to do business... Sure, if you're Mormon or live there. Ok, so we can forget the joke, but I'm serious about Utah. Have you ever researched all these infomercials on TV? Real estate millionaires, eBay Fortunes, StockOption Successes. Almost any "easy money" is marketed and produced from companies in Utah.

Utah has been known for centuries to safe-guard their businesses, whether they are legitimate or not. Having personally known individuals who establish businesses in Utah, I know there to be "mafias", both in Government and the business community, within Utah. Many eBay executives and investors are from Utah.

It's a common Mormon philosphy to spread their religion through business and regulated markets. Have you looked at eBay?- It's a market. Business can and will always be led by innovation! Not necessarily money as the one rebuttal states.

With the right idea, any person or investor will give you the money to make your idea happen. As the old sang goes, never GIVE MONEY TO MAKE MONEY! However, there are legitmate drop shipping businesses out there, you'll just have to search.

Update since last post on Mahibay

AUTHOR: Lee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 05, 2007

As I said earlier I bought into Mahibay's program a few months ago. BIG mistake! I just told them to shut my site down as it was a waste of my time and money. $5495 plus marketing expenses down the drain.

They promoted the program to me as a one stop shopping site offering millions of products from hundreds of retailers. I soon discovered that in order to make an money I needed to get thousands of people registering and USING my site to buy from these stores. I tried pay per click with Google. It was a waste of time and money and was not going to bring in the numbers needed to make any money. Josh, one of the owners, said I should use affilliate marketing to promote my site. I asked him for some references to find affilliates. His response was find someone you know that has a site that will post your ad such as a school. Oh, that was a real help.

Then I went to the Mahibay site was lo and behold, now they are promoting it as a drop ship program! So I asked how do I make any money selling product on ebay when I only have a 10%, on average, margin? Answer: find a product that is offering you a 10% rebate and free shipping. List it on ebay and charge $20.00 for shipping. Bingo, instant profit! When I complained that I would have to sell on ebay at retail to make anything his tune changed to well, we don't necessarily recommend selling on ebay. And it takes a lot of time and research to find a product that will sell well on ebay. There is always some tranparent response to every complaint. When one evaluates the response, it makes no sense.

What it comes down to is that Josh and his partner Brandon are con men, plain and simple. They sell you the site and say you are now on your own to make it work. They say they have people making big money with this but I challenge them to show us one, just one person who can make an unworkable program pay off. If anyone looks at one of their sites and does some basic evaluating of how this might work one will quickly realize that it won't. You can't buy at near retail to resell and make any money. The rule of thumb, especially if selling on ebay, is that you need to buy at at least 50% of retail to make any decent money.

I will admit that I was stupid to buy into this scam and I tried to get out the day after I sent them my money but they refused to make any refund saying the money had already been spent building my site. that was an outright lie and the lies continued to the end.

I have bought in to mahibay

AUTHOR: Lee - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 28, 2006

I have bought in to Mahibay. My site is not up yet so I can't report on whether or not this is a scam or a chance to make some money. I do believe that I was lied to at the beginning when I tried to back out. That makes me nervous to say the least.

I will report my progress, or not, in a few months. I will say that I do not get any help in marketing so I have to figure out on my own how to draw people to my new site. The owners don't even suggest meta tags, description and keywords. I had to figure that out on my own and tell them what to put in.

I am using (((link redacted))) for optimizing and as time goes on will use a Google program as well. I will do everything I can to make this work because I can't afford to throw away $5500.

One problem I see is that this is a cookie cutter business so I am going to be competing with anyone else who has this same setup. In retrospect I would have gone it on my own in starting an ebusiness. Time will tell if I've been screwed. I sure hope not.

A great testimonial...

AUTHOR: Brandon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 08, 2006

I have had several people ask me questions about the overall "value" of our service. Some have felt the "price" is a little too high and I just want to spend just a few minutes here educating everyone on why we have the website price that we do.

I had a woman call me directly a few weeks ago and she worked as a Rep. for a website company. She told me that for a "template website" that they charge $8,000 and make you build it yourself. It also comes with no product access.

She said the following:

"Your company will build me a custom website, custom logo, give access to 40 million name brand products, give on-going support for free, and free marketing tips for ONLY $6,495.00? I feel like I am ripping you off. How can I get signed up?"

Now, this is coming from an actual person who is now a client and works for a website company. For her to say something like that was a great example of what kind of value we offer to the public.

It took our company (5) years to put this technology together and we work with over 1,200 suppliers across the United States. We have an entire tracking system on the website so that you can see every single purchase made through it and see how much money you are making per day. Tracking #'s will also be provided with each and every order. We also have live data feeds so that you will never have to update anything. Do you know how much time that saves?

Prices vary from supplier to supplier but it is nice to know that your customers will actually "get" the product. That cannot be said with many drop shipping companies. By the way, the products are actually "in stock."

One comment I received the other day was the following:

"It is nice to know that every time I call your company, you guys actually pick up the phone. That is rare in this internet world."

Many also ask:

"How much time will I need to spend doing this business?"

First off, it amazes me that people are willing to spend 40 hours a week to become an employee to someone else's dreams but are not willing to spend even five hours a week on their side business. Second, time really has nothing to do with it. How much time does it take to get in good physical shape? It comes down to how much time you are willing to invest to get what you want.

This may sound too good to be true but once the site is up and we have set up your marketing, all you need to do is sit back and monitor the marketing just to make sure the conversions are happening as you would like. That is why we consider this a true "part-time" business because there is no reason for you to quit your job. This can bring great passive income and will progress you to retirement. If you do end up spending any time, do what our top website owners do. They market on Google/Yahoo (along with all the other search engines) but they also sell on eBay/Ovestock. I am working with a client right now who is making $15,000 per month just using (1) of our suppliers and selling on eBay.

What about the marketing? I don't have much experience with marketing and don't want to have to spend much money doing it.

As usual, everyone wants something for nothing. Internet marketing fees are like the eBay fees but you can set your budget to whatever you want. We will help you out with that step by step so that you have an undestanding of how that works. Marketing companies would be glad to charge you $2,000 - $3,000 for marketing help but we do it for free. Everything comes down to conversions and yes, it is a risk but what business is not? If you put something on eBay, it may not sell. So what? If Thomas Edison had that kind of attitude, we would not have the light which is lighting up your screen right now as you are reading this. He failed 14,000 times in the process of creating that light but we could not live without it. What if he said after 100 experiments and time/money invested, "Oh, just forget it!"

Any of you like the Rocky movies or KFC? Without risk and perseverance, nothing great would be accomplished. Good thing Christopher Colombus did not just turn the boat around and say, "Forget it. I don't see anything. Let's go back."

Is this kind of business risky?

Understand once again that life is either a daring adventure or its boring. Being at a job all day and not progressing is risky. Getting married or remaining single is risky. You may get divorced. 67% of all married people eventually get divorced. 21% of all people killed happen when crossing the street. 11% of others killed died of an accident just within their own home. Good thing high school coaches do not tell their players, "Guys, your chances of making it to the pros are 1 and 500,000 atheletes so you mine as well just throw in the towel now."

Everything in life is risky. You must take educated risks or you will never live to your own potential. Some people just seem to be best friends with mediocrity. People are tip-toeing to their graves hoping to reach death "safely."

Please, give me a call and I would be glad to answer any question you may have and give you an opportunity to really create a successful stay-at-home business.

THE TRUTH ABOUT MAHIBAY.COM

AUTHOR: Brandon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, September 08, 2006

We as a company have nothing to hide. Zibus.com was a business we ran that just provided product access with no website. Zibus is a fanastic business and we have had great testimonials on it. Mahibay.com gives a lot more value to the customer. If you notice on the BBB, Mahibay.com has no negative complaints. We also have a "Satisfactory" rating. People were mad with Zibus because of a $20 application fee. If a person does not want to pay the $20 fee, then they should not spend the time to complain about it. It is the same as a University application fee or a rental application fee. We only want serious people and that is why we charge the amount that we do.

We would rather have less clients who are happy than have too many clients and not be able to take care of each individual. That is a huge problem within this industry but we have not had that problem ourselves. People like Kirsten and others have never been a client of ours and neither has 95% of the people who have posted anything on us. If you are looking for negative feedback, you should look for informaton on the BBB for the biggest auction sites out there and see that they have "thousands" of complaints but yet people still do business with them.

You must understand that these postings are for people who are specifically going there to post "bad information" because they themselves are not going to waste their time and efforts saying anything good. That is not the reasoning for putting these sites together. That is the purpose of these websites. Right on our website, it posts the price on the FAQ's and so we have nothing to hide. In fact, I being an owner even talk to people over the phone to make sure that they understand everything "before" they come on board with us. That way they can make a good, educated decision. Before continuing on to read more and more postings, just keep the following in mind:

If you are married or have a friend and someone said to you, "Hey, I have heard some things about your wife and people are saying this and that. Is that true?"

Who are you going to believe? Your wife or them?

We need to be smart when we are doing our research and talk to the "source." Feel free to contact me at any time and I would be glad to fill you in on any questions that you may have.

Here are answers to many of the following questions that people have about our company:

How many products do you have on your website? We have 40 million name brand products

Do you have any pricing examples for me on your products? We don't have any pricing examples but it varies from product to product between 5% up to 95% profit margins. With other companies, they give you pricing examples and then when you go onto their site, the prices are not near the same or the product is not even in stock. Along with that, pricing examples that we give are usually on electronics and not everyone is into electronics and so it only appeals to a few people. That is why we don't just give out examples.

Can I see any examples of other websites? We have been asked by our clients to not give out phone #'s, emails, or their websites since we have a privacy policy with all of our resellers. We protect all of our clients so that they don't have anyone else copying their trade secrets. If we were just a website company, we could easily show a client portfolio but because we provide products with it, we cannot do so. We must protect each and every client and are willing to lose potential clients if we have to. We want our clients to feel very comfortable and protected.

Feel free to call me or ask any questions and I hope that all of you have a fantastic day!

I just thought everyone should know that I was on the website www.mahibay.com, everything sounded cool, sounded like a good idea, but I figured I'd check out the registrar first to see if it was legit. I found the registrar, saw it was NuLife Financial / Joshua Lee, went to google.com and typed in "NuLife Financial" and it brought me here. So, anyone interested in mahibay.com ... think again. Hope this helped some people not get caught up in a scam.

Check out the Better Buisness Bureau

AUTHOR: Sara - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, March 05, 2006

I know first hand that this company is a scam, it's a Utah thing. There are so many companies in Utah that prey on the nieve to make their millions. I used to work for a company that was a competitor to zibus. They claim to be drop shippers but they are far from that. They give you the same discount that you could get on your own if you went to walmart. They are filthy dirty people that go to church on Sunday, but yet run a scam buisness. Beware of companies in Utah, I don't know what it is, but there are so many companies that use the tactics of signing you up for a so called trial and then in so many days you get billed a certain amount, they make it impossible to cancel and then your screwed. Or they make you pay money to hear about it, give me a break!!!
Beware of storesonline, pmi, the summit group, ems, wholesalemarketer. These companies all claim to make you rich, but all of them are a total scam especially ZIBUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do your research and if you feel any kind of high pressure sale tactic hang up the phone!
Check out the better buisness bureau for zibus, they have only been in buisness less than a year and they already have an unsatisfactory record

Brandon, you have to be kidding us. You come on hear claiming to have researched this great company and it's managers yet offer NO PROOF OF ANYTHING.

Why not share with us who the owners are, who the wonderful managers are, their exact physical address so that it can be verified.

Let this SCAM company come forth with full disclosure to the public here and now and provide us with 10 success stories that can be verified. This should be easy to do if they are as wonderful and legit as you claim (SHILL!)...

Here's an idea, tomorrow when you are in your bosses office, look up at him from your usual kneeling position and in your best muffled voice of someone who has a mouthful tell him you came here and tried to convince everyone that Zibus wasn't a scam but all your claims got shot down and exposed for the nonsense they are. Then, after he climaxes you can get a new boatload of SHI_T to go along with your mouth load and bring it back here to entertain us all again. Or you might just want to consider getting a real job and give up the SHILLING, since it isn't working anyway.

Zibus is a SCAM, period. Any company that wants to CHARGE you $19.95 upfront to just HEAR about and see their offer is a SCAM. A legitimate business would be glad to tell you up front what they are offering, how much it is going to cost you and what exactly is involved in setting it up. Zibus wants to charge you $19.95 for this information AND they do not even tell you upfront when you are spending the $19.95 that they are looking for a $5,000 to $10,000 investment from you.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, Stay away!

Do your research. Zibus is great and a worthwhile business opportunity

AUTHOR: Brandon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 02, 2006

Do your research. Zibus is great company and a worthwhile business opportunity for anyone.

I have recently learned about Zibus and have not found many businesses out there that are as honest and down to earth. I am not affiliated with Zibus in any way. I am a sales manager for a branch of a large construction company and was introduced to Zibus through my own online search into business opportunities. After reading the above comments and doing my own in-depth research on this Zibus, it's managers and employees, I find nothing wrong. In fact, just the opposite. This is a hardworking, motivated, company founded on high morals. I may be able to relate to some of the negative comments that were shared about the company. It is a buyer's remorse attitude or doubt of self confidence in running a personal business. Many of us have been down that road. You question yourself, Did I make the right decisions?, and Can I be successful? Success in most cases just doesn't come like the luck of a lottery, it requires hard work. Zibus is a great opportunity for anyone with character, motivation, and a determination to be successful.

Thanks to the managers and staff for bringing a successful and and growing company for many entrepreneurs into our economy. It takes great minds to do this the way you have done this. Thanks for the growing business opportunities for others.

a slew of internet scam reports

AUTHOR: Ruuk - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, January 19, 2006

I have noticed a lot of scam reports regarding zibus.com. One of the best summaries of info was from a similiar scam site.

Also the registrar reveals Nulife Financial as the contact company. The address is Address: 81 East 2120 North - Provo, UT 84604. Doesn't that seem familiar?

NULIFE FINANCIAL, LLC. Capital Requirements $0 (0 shares at $ each)
Address: 81 East 2120 North - Provo, UT 84604
Business Plan Audited Financials: FALSE
Send Email Phone: Register to View

COMPANY BIO: Large Real Estate Financing company is expanding its network of private investors and is currently accepting investments of $1 Million to $20 Million per investor. NuLife Financial offers private lending services to large real estate companies in the U.S. for projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million. Private Investors are paid 10% simple interest on their investment. All investments are secured by real estate. Contact president Joshua Lee directly for inquiries. Serious investors only please.

A search of the Utah business names comes up with ZERO (0) Nulife Financial companies.

"Zibus.com is a well marketed ghost business.
I can't seem to find the actual address.

One address is for a law office.
One name is for a Joshua Lee but this person has no phone listing or address in the city.

Another address is for a shopping plaza.

Then I can't find an actual business entity called either Zibus or NuLife Financial.
NuLife Financial, the registrar is a non-existant company dealing with real estate investors.

(The address is actually a house near the BYU science musuem.)

The registrar information is for Vincent Call.

Phone numbers are invalid or wrong person(s).

You may find it of interest that there are several former customers of Zibus.com that have contacted the states attorney's office to file complaints and suggest charges of fraud, wire fraud, and tax fraud, not to mention several other issues."

The SHILLS are out in full force!

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, January 13, 2006

Wow, I found this company's website and had started to fill out the so called Dealer Application, which seemed to want legitimate information about you. But once you submit it, then the SCAM becomes apparent.

A new form opens and states that they are charging a small fee of $19.95 to separate the dreamers from the truly interested (in reality the only thing it is doing is trying to separate you from your $19.95!).

Well, when this form came up and wanted my $19.95 I stopped the process and quickly came to ripoffreport.com to check things out, like I always do when something doesn't seem right.

I can see my suspicions where correct, they are a TOTAL scam and while I am sorry to see so many of you lost your $19.95 to this rip off company, I thank each and everyone of you for saving me from these thieves.

One thing that I do have to mention reading through these reports is that it is pretty clear that zibus has its SHILLS out trying to do damage control.

I find it amazing how when so many people are being ripped off that some retarded inbreed SHILL always manages to come on and try to convince everyone who has been ripped off that somehow it was their mistake and that it is their fault things didn't work out. All I can say is SCREW the SHILLS, let them go back to their masters at zibus and tell them their scheme isn't working. No one believes their BS reports and counterclaims and that the mounting pile of victims are being heard throughout the Internet.

We can all rest assured that the SHILLS will be back with some new load of garage, more lame stores of their friends doing $20,000 a month and a whole boat load of crap for us. Good Luck SHILLS, you are going to need it trying to defend this fraudulent SCAM Company!

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 30, 2005

I have done my part and did my research on "ZIBUS" and have found that they are NOT a company that can be trusted! The people who were scammed by them, I feel sorry for you. People in general need to research companies that they would invest a huge amount of money to before getting involved, especially in this day and age! If you get ripped off by them, then take it up the tale pipe and move on. The next time a company like the Rip-OFF "ZIBUS" comes along, investigate to confirm that they are a JOKE before committing X amount of dollars because this is how these type of business are in business. In reality, if you find a gold mine, would you tell someone else about it? Absolutely NOT!! Companies that claim that they have found something that's so wonderful that they will offer it at a certain thousand dollar price. If I were that type of person that had found a gold mine, I would defenitly would not spend the time with other people I would spend that time making it work better for me, getting it to the point were I did not have to spend much time with it, then invest my time in other things. The employee who claims that he makes a lot of money doing this is lying because I would not be spend 8 hours a day on the phones if it was working for me. Anyway I hope you people get the picture and just do your research before committing on things like this.

zibus, as far as i see, is perfectly legit

AUTHOR: Jon - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 15, 2005

you know i guess the reason that more people dont own their own businesses either on the internet or a physical business. because the whole point of entrepuenership is taking RISKS!!! Thats the whoel point. if entrepuenership was easy then everyone would do it but its not! but its not even close. i personally own a chain of 10 minute lube centers and i know first hand what kind of work and devotion it takes to be an entrepuener. granted it is different on the internet but the same concepts apply. risks, hard work, and devotion. and i can tell you right now, that it costs a whole lot more than 5,000 to start up ONE of my businesses. just because you're afraid to take a risk dont desecrate a truly legit business!

welcome to the new generation

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, November 11, 2005

All I have to say after I read through that last statement is: now aday you can not start up a business for less than 5-10 thousand. The reason so many businesses don't work is that they do some program that costs them $119 a month and think they are going to be rich. If it was that easy don't you think everybody would be doing it.
